Releasing Low Back Pain
This is one of the most powerful moves to release spasms in the low back.
It should be done slowly and thoughtfully.
Keep your chin on your chest to avoid extending the low back.
Remember to be loose and fluid. Do not try too hard, relax when you do these movements.
